I was upgraded to spacious and brand-new a double room with balcony. Central heating, pay television, and ironing facilities were a huge plus. The staff was super friendly, nice, provided a quietatmosphere. The location was great, right at old town This hotel was located in a calm area...

The comforts of the suite with a balcony were fabulous. the location was favorable and excellent for traveling around Tequila, next to restaurants, the main square, and the Tequila. - Have stayed here many times and would return anytime.

We had a bit of a mix-up with our room, but the staff at Nueve Agaves went out of their way to accommodate us and make sure we were comfortable. They found us a room with a balcony that had a great view, and despite some noise from the road outside, we enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I would recommend this hotel for its helpful staff and convenient location.
